Northwest Craft Whiskies

Flavor Profile: Bold spiced fruit bread with citrus and peppercorn. Faint aromatics of apple fruit and wood. Opens with assertive oak and moves over the palate with dry floral tannins. The warmth is welcoming and lends notes of lemon peel and burnt sugar. Long and dry on the finish.

This is a four grain bourbon made with corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. It is aged four years on site in Bend, Oregon. After four years of maturation in new American white oak barrels, a touch of water is added to bring the whiskey to 94 proof.

Flavor Profile: Sweet, corn-on-the-cob with a spicy cinnamon twist from the rye grain.

Flavor Profile: Crafted from 100% rye grain and pure Cascade Mountain water, the whiskey contains deep toffee notes and a peppery spice.

This small batch bourbon uses Washington-grown corn, rye, and malted barley. Grains are mashed, distilled, and barreled in the Woodinville distillery, then moved to private barrel houses in Central Washington, where the extreme temperatures promote flavor extractions from the barrels.

Flavor Profile: Aromas of crème brulee and spice cabinet. Notes of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean with a sweet, lingering finish.

This is the essence of Oregon in summer. We’ve bottled the sweet aroma and flavor of juicy, glossy blue-black marionberries in our Oregon Marionberry Whiskey. Handcrafted with local Willamette Valley Fruit marionberries and our smooth, small batch aged whiskey, all the rich flavor and deep red color in this unique spirit comes from real fruit – no artificial coloring or flavor extracts are used. Delicious straight up or in a multitude of refreshing recipes, it’s easy on the eyes and an intensely tasty experience. Kick back and relax with a glass of pure Eastside berry delight any time of year – and savor the sun-touched taste of an Oregon summer. (Our best kept secret.)

Flavor Profile: “Oregon Marionberry Whiskey is rich in color like homemade strawberry jam. It has a bright, potent aroma of sweet mango, raspberry and blackberry that sweetens as the vapors disperse. Intense fresh marionberries hit the palate and quickly transform to spice and citrus; ultimately evolving into warm brandy and cherry essence. The finish lingers awhile with subtle young whiskey heat and baked tart dryness.” – Mel Heim, Master Distiller

A true sipping bourbon with soft lemon custard and baked apple notes layered over a bed of fresh oak with a light spice and a rich, smooth finish with lingering hints of fruit.

This highly sought-after bourbon comes from the Buffalo Trace Distillery and is hand-selected and bottled in small batches.
