2 Towns Ciderhouse

At 2 Towns Ciderhouse we believe that the long history of cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right. Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our ciders. We refuse to add processed sugars or concentrates and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself. As a family-owned company, we are committed to the growth of our team and enrichment of our communities. We take pride in producing a true Northwest craft cider.
What's On Tap
La Mûre – 6.9% ABV
- Taking inspiration from the famous lambic beers of Belgium, La Mûre, a lambic-style craft cider, embodies the Flemish styles of old. Crafted with fresh-pressed Northwest apples and Oregon-grown Marion blackberries, the juice is fermented, then soured with Lactobacillus and aged in Willamette Valley Pinot Noir barrels for one year.
Oak Aged Honey, Apricot & Nectarine – 8.5% ABV
- Oaked stone fruit and honey with a tangy little nectarine spin on it! Acidity from ripe nectarines and apricots is softened by the sweetness of local honey and rounded out on the finish by the mellow tannins of toasted french oak. Sharp, bright aromatics of stone fruit give way to dry oak and honey more as it warms in the glass.
