Lay It Out Events (LIOE) will provide the following to all participating breweries:
1. Brewery will receive name recognition on 200 event posters distributed in the region.
2. LIOE will purchase beer with the understanding any untapped kegs can be returned.
3. Brewery will receive logo placement on the official event website.
4. LIOE will provide additional volunteer servers to fill any needed coverage.
5. LIOE will provide event space. Brewery must provide tent, table, linen and lights. If brewery does not have these items, they are available for rent from LIOE.
6. LIOE will provide signage for each beer.
7. LIOE will provide a merchandise booth where breweries can sell their collateral products. Lay It Out Events retains a 10% commission to cover costs.
8. LIOE will provide four tasting packages to each brewery; we highly recommend that the brewers are available to discuss their creations with patrons during the event.
In consideration of the above proposed benefits each brewery will provide the following for the festival:
1. Brewery will provide jockey box with taps to accommodate the number of beers they are showcasing, CO2, and keg bucket. Jockey boxes must be in good working order. Lay It Out Events reserves the right to modify any equipment in poor condition. Please check to make sure you have the right equipment for pouring your beer.
2. Brewery will pay a $150 participation fee for a 10x10 space.
3. Brewery may provide brewery merchandise for LIOE to sell at the event (optional).
4. Brewery agrees to promote the Little Woody Bend through social media and other avenues at their disposal. This includes getting the word out to serious beer connoisseurs and for volunteers.
5. Breweries are expected to provide servers to cover at least one shift at the event.
