• We blended imperial stout aged more than a year in 8-year Kentucky bourbon barrels with our award-winning Chocolate Milk Stout, Cocoa Cow. Double Barrelled Bourbon Stout

• This imperial stout was aged for one year in 8-year Kentucky bourbon barrels before being carefully transferred into exceptional 16-year Kentucky bourbon barrels for a second year of maturation. The extended time in oak yields a remarkably layered stout, revealing waves of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, and refined bourbon warmth. Deep, structured, and endlessly complex.
