It’s safe to say that no two McMenamins batches are identical. Science and technology provide the backbone for our craft, but it is the unique qualities of each brew house, and the individual brewer’s ale-crafting style, that ensure you will enjoy liquid refreshments that are truly special and made with every care for the environment.

  • We love Market of Choice! We love their passion for great beer, and it’s only natural that we would want to brew something special with them. After much deliberating we decided to recreate the spumoni dessert in beer form. We started with a thick stout brewed with lactose and added a ton of cherries and pistachio butter. If you love dessert and you love beer we think you’ll dig what we created. Special Ingredients: Pistachio Butter, Lactose Sugar; Fruit: Cherries; Malts: Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal 50/60 L, Honey Malt, Brown, Malt, Chocolate Malt, Coffee Malt, Roasted Barley.
