Hopworks

With locally-sourced, organic and Salmon-Safe hops, our 20-barrel brewery produces 10,000 barrels of beer per year for our two brewpubs, airport brewpub, and for distribution throughout Cascadia and beyond. Our pubs serve fresh food in sustainably-built and operated buildings with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. From composting to salvaged materials, and pervious pavers to hand dryers, we’ve made every effort to protect our planet with thoughtful alternatives to the status quo.
Hopworks is family-owned and operated, employing 75+ people in the PNW. We serve our neighborhoods through donations, profit sharing, and volunteering with local non-profits. We’re also the first Certified B Corporation brewery in the Pacific Northwest and our Powell Brewery was the first Salmon-Safe Certified brewery in the world!
What's On Tap
Cactus Attactus – 8.9% ABV / 3 IBU
- We took our Cactus Attactus Prickly Pear-fruited sour and aged it in freshly emptied tequila barrels for 6 months. Those barrels have softened the sourness of the beer, and added oak and fruity caramel notes, plus the unmistakable tang of tequila. Salut!
Barrel Aged Abominable Ale – 11.3% ABV / 55 IBU
- Abominable slumbered in Kentucky bourbon barrels for nine months to create this strong, seasonal classic with complex notes of vanilla, spice, and citrus
Fresh Hop Abominable Ale – 7.3% ABV / 65 IBU
- Seasonal favorite, Abominable, but as fresh as can be! Fresh Centennial hops dance on a blend of caramel malts creating a complex, spicy, and citrusy red ale
