Horn O’ Plenty Whit: A plethora of fruit shines brightly through in this multi-faceted Wit. A combination of Mango, Meyer Lemon, Blood Orange and Ginger provide layers of tasty character to slowly peel away. Aged in neutral oak for 8 months, this is Summer refreshment at it’s finest! Breakfast in Burgs: Ahh, Bruges! It really is a fairytale town with all of those canals, bridges, cobbled streets, and those churches and all that beautiful fairytale stuff. Get that Pseudo-Fairytale feeling with this Pseudo-Lambic that was pitched with a blend of wild yeast to mimic the real thing and then finished off with a little blood orange juice. Cultivateur: A provisional saison brewed at Bend and Portland Pubs with a portion aged in oak barrels. Peach and apricot esters with a nice hop presence on the finish. The addition of brettanomyces and barrel flavors add complexity IBU’S: 22, ABV: 7.5%
